About
Meet Danielle
Hi, I’m Danielle Rudd, an Occupational Therapist and the founder of BC Pelvic Health & Wellness. I’m passionate about helping people feel informed, supported, and confident in their bodies through every stage of life.
My journey into pelvic health became deeply personal after my own postpartum experiences. Like many women, I realized how common pelvic floor concerns can be—and how often people are left without the guidance and support they deserve. That experience sparked my passion for helping others navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic pain, and core dysfunction with compassion and evidence-based care.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and my Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. I have completed specialized training in pelvic floor therapy, myofascial release, and visceral manipulation, allowing me to take a whole-body approach to pelvic health and recovery.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my three children, our two dogs and two cats, or enjoying the outdoors. I love gardening, walking, swimming, playing rummy, and making memories with my kiddos. I believe that wellness is about more than treating symptoms—it’s about helping people return to the activities, relationships, and moments that matter most.
My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered, whether you’re seeking help for a specific concern or simply want to better understand and care for your pelvic health.
