Why We Are Cash-Based

At BC Pelvic Health & Wellness, we believe your healthcare should be centered around you—not your insurance company.

By operating as a cash-based practice, we're able to spend more time with each client, provide truly individualized care, and focus on treating the whole person rather than meeting insurance requirements.

Benefits of Cash-Based Care

One-on-One Attention
You'll work directly with your occupational therapist for your entire appointment, with plenty of time for questions, education, and hands-on care.

Personalized Treatment
Your plan of care is based on your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle—not insurance guidelines or visit limits.

Whole-Person Care
We look beyond symptoms to understand how movement, breathing, stress, daily habits, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and overall health contribute to pelvic wellness.

Education That Empowers
Our goal is not only to help you feel better but to help you understand your body and gain the tools to manage your health with confidence.

Payment options

Using HSA/FSA & Insurance

We do not bill insurance directly.

However, many clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for services.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your provider to determine your out-of-network coverage.

Investing in Your Health

Pelvic health impacts nearly every aspect of daily life—from exercising, working, and caring for your family to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, bladder and bowel function, and intimacy.

Our mission is to provide the time, expertise, and compassionate care you deserve so you can move with confidence, reduce symptoms, and get back to doing the things you love.

If you have questions about pricing or whether pelvic floor therapy is right for you, we'd love to help. Please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to answer your questions before scheduling your first visit.
